from Ellie
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Over the years, I’ve come across books, podcasts, and teachings that have deeply resonated with me and the clients I’ve had the privilege to work with. These resources are offered with care and intention—each one a gentle companion on the path of healing, growth, and self-discovery. I hope you find something here that speaks to your heart, affirms your journey, or simply reminds you that you’re not alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
What clients do you work with and how often do we meet?
I see adult clients for individual sessions. I meet with my new clients weekly, typically for 50 minutes. If you are someone who benefits from extended sessions of 90 to 120 minutes we can make arrangements for that at a prorated.
How much are sessions?
Individual Therapy is $120 (60 minutes)
Extended sessions are prorated for the amount of time we spent together.
What is your cancelation policy?
I request 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. I do bill the full session price without advanced notice. If cancellations are frequent, we will discuss whether this is the right time and the right type of therapy for you.
Do you offer in person or virtual therapy?
I offer both! In-person therapy is located in Columbia, Missouri. Virtual therapy is over any HIPPA compliant platform that works for you.
What is your availability?
I offer sessions between the hours of 9:30 am to 5:15 pm, the hours of the day when I can offer you my best.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept any insurance. Our relationship will be personal and focused exclusively on your mental health care. Unfortunately, insurance companies often stand in the way of direct care and reimbursement. I prefer to focus my time and energy on your care.
How do I set up my first appointment?
Click “Contact Us” and I’ll be in touch soon! You may also simply text me at 573-200-6067. That is my direct number and I will personally arrange a brief consultation call of 5-10 minutes to see if it’s a good fit for both of us.
